House Rules and Guidelines 1- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 6:00 PM, and check-out time is at 1:00 PM. Please adhere to these times to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation. Please when checking out leave the keys and access card on the black little table. 1- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking areas outside (balcony) 2- No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed in the property. Please respect the peaceful environment for all guests. 3- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a restful stay for everyone. 4- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 2. If you book for a specific number and come more, extra payment will be required. 5- Pet Policy: Fortunately, we do allow pets on the property. Please make appropriate arrangements for your furry friends. 6- Shoes Off Indoors: Kindly remove your shoes indoors to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests. 7- Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid excessive noise and disturbances. 8- Cleaning and Tidiness: We expect guests to be careful to keep the propriety clean and leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage. 9- Damage and Security Deposit: Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning costs. Please report any incidents or damages immediately. 10- Lost Keys or Access Cards: If you misplace keys or access cards, please notify us promptly to arrange replacements. New key costs 10 Euro, new card costs 5 euro. 11- Safety Precautions: Please follow safety guidelines, including using appliances and equipment correctly. Exercise caution around the fireplace and ensure it is extinguished before leaving the property. 12- Emergency Contacts: In case of emergencies, call 112. Do not engage in illegal downloads or access inappropriate content. WiFi name: Vodafone-2.4G- m5UJ or Vodafone-5G-m5UJ & WiFi password: PA457SDy 14- Recycling and Waste Disposal: Help us maintain an eco-friendly environment by properly recycling and disposing the waste during the stay and after checkout. 15- Parking Policy: If you need parking in the garage of the building comes with an extra payment of 5 Euro/24 hour. 16- Energy saver policy: Please every time you leave the apartment get the energy card out of its place. The refrigerator and hot water will still work. This helps us be eco friendly and avoid incidents because of electric devices or bad electrical tension.
